Loved the hotel, it is ideal and fairly clean, has charming and incredible location in a very QUIET neighborhood. All the staff was great and unobtrusive, resolved my issues. There were beautiful, gorgeous rooms with great views. Location: the property was near to Lago Maggiore, and public transport.

The room was great, sized with a flat, screen TV and cable channels. Having central heating and a personal safe was convenient. the wake, up service was a nice touch, and the views were particularly enjoyable. the location was superb, right next to the beautiful lake and surrounded by picturesque scenery.
